Attorney Frost is licensed to practice law only in the State of Alabama and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Dr. Frost founded and formerly led retail and compounding pharmacy operations, managed PBM network participation and credentialing, evaluated PSAO relationships, addressed provider-manual compliance, negotiated supplier and pharmacy contracts, and developed policies and standard operating procedures.
His regulatory experience includes USP 795, 797, and 800 implementation, accreditation, internal audit preparation, and support for DEA, FDA, and Board of Pharmacy inspections.
He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2021. His legal training and clerkship work included health law, civil litigation, briefing, discovery, document review, and litigation-file support.
Since 2014, Dr. Frost has taught and supported advanced community-pharmacy, compounding, and regulatory-compliance education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
