When you submit the contact form, FormSubmit transmits the information you enter to toby@frosthealthlaw.com. The form accepts no attachments. FormSubmit and the recipient’s email provider may retain messages under their applicable policies.
Do not submit protected health information, patient-identifying information, privileged material, trade secrets, or other confidential information through this website or unsolicited email.
Information collected automatically
Hosting and security services may record limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages requested, and access time. Frost Health Law does not use advertising cookies or nonessential analytics. Its consent notice stores one browser preference after acceptance so the notice stays closed. The Court Cases tracker can store an optional watchlist on your device. The website does not transmit that watchlist. Nonessential analytics or tracking will not be introduced without updating this policy and obtaining any required consent.
How information is used

Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold or rented. It may be disclosed to service providers supporting hosting, email, security, or spam prevention, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, legitimate recordkeeping needs, security, or legal obligations.
Security, external links, and children
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, form, email system, or internet transmission is guaranteed completely secure. External resources follow their own privacy practices. This website is not directed to children under thirteen.
Your choices and contact
